Position: Sales Assistant

Description:
• The primary role of the Sales Assistant is to provide administrative and
client service assistance to the Director of Sales & Marketing. The role will
strongly emphasize administrative and communication abilities. 

Responsibilities:
• Email correspondence for prospects’ initial inquiries
• Answering the main telephone extensions
• Handling logistics associated with trips and trade shows
• Prepare sales & marketing documents (text, spreadsheet , presentation)
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Skills, knowledge and experience:
• High school diploma
• Good Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
• 3 – 5 years previous sales assistant experience

The ideal candidate will:
• Preferable have postsecondary education
• Have a positive personality, be motivated
• Have experience working in a small company environment
