The BDF, or Breast and Facial Digitizer, is a 3D Medical Imagery
solutions dedicated to the plastic surgery market. Based on InSpeck’s
proven white light technology, this user-friendly medical solution will
reduce a surgeon’s day-to-day workload and increase patient satisfaction. 

InSpeck’s BFD 1300 specializes in face and torso plastic surgery
quantification, communication and simulation in 3D to assist
surgeon/patient interactions. This simple medical solution can precisely
digitize a patient’s torso and/or face in 3D. The BFD can quickly measure
over 2.6 million points on the body’s surface (including skin texture)
which, is layman’s terms translates into highly realistic 3D models.
Surgeons can then use those 3D models to quantify, communicate and
simulate results to their patients before the actual surgery.
