1) Client Service Support – Level 1 Support
A dedicated support specialist team is on hand to assist you during
normal business hours (Monday to Friday 7:30am – 5:30pm EST

2) Technical Support – Level 2 Support
Highly qualified engineers and developers are accessible to help the
dedicated support specialists in troubleshooting and resolving the more
complex the issues. At this level, product managers interact with the
client support team as well as representatives of the research and

3) Core Technological Support
InSpeck’s R&D division is the foundation of our innovative and modular
technology. This level, spearheaded by the Chief Technology Officer
and the R&D team takes on requests for modifications as well as
